Proudly from Chiapas, originally from Tuxtla Gutierrez with a PhD in Government -Political Science- from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, bicentennial scholarship of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT).
As a doctoral student, the University awarded him several distinctions to study statistical modelling courses to obtain a specialization in Data Analysis for Social Sciences.
Master in Public Opinion and Polling from the same academic institution. He achieved the highest grade in the thesis and attained the degree of master with Merit.
He obtained a Master's in Public Administration and Public Policy from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), distinguished with a scholarship for studies, in which he reached the highest average of his generation.
He has completed diplomas at the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the Ibero-American University (UIA).
He has a bachelor's degree in political science and an economics bachelor's degree specializing in economic policy from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). He also has a bachelor's degree in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
These academic experiences are reflected in my various works: scholarly articles, a book, a book chapter, and the postdoctoral stay I completed at the Institute of Legal Research at UNAM
He has lectured at various International and National Congresses in Social Sciences.
In the professional field, he has worked as a financial and financial sector manager within the Federal Public Administration, both in the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP).
In the private sector, he is a Data Science Consultant.
