Proudly from Chiapas, originally from Tuxtla Gutierrez with a PhD in Government -Political Science- from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, bicentennial scholarship of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT).
As a doctoral student, the University awarded him several distinctions to study statistical modelling courses to obtain a specialization in Data Analysis for Social Sciences.
Master in Public Opinion and Surveys from the same academic institution. He achieved the highest grade in the thesis and attained the degree of master with Merit.
He obtained a Master's in Public Administration and Public Policy from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), distinguished with a scholarship for studies, in which he reached the highest average of his generation.
These academic experiences are reflected in my different works: scholarly articles, a book and a chapter of a book, and the postdoctoral stay he made at the Institute of Legal Research of the UNAM.
He has lectured at various International and National Congresses in Social Sciences.
In the professional field, he has worked as a financial and financial sector manager within the Federal Public Administration, both in the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP).
In the private sector, he is a Data Science Consultant.
